This full Monty plan is designed for the couple that wants assistance with planning every detail of their wedding. From the invites to the thank you cards, finding the perfect location for your wedding to preparing a seating chart for all of your guests, our consultants will take care of every little detail.
 
  • Planning & Preparation
    • Design wedding theme with the couple
    • Help couple create a budget
    • Assist with selection of ceremony and reception locations
    • Unlimited consultations, emails and phone calls
  • Vendor Selection & Coordination
    • Provide assistance and guidance of vendor selections
    • Negotiate and review vendor contracts
    • Attend vendor and alteration appointments
    • Deliver final payments to vendors
  • Invitations & Stationery
    • Advise on Etiquette and Invitation wording
    • Design & Print Invitation package
    • Design & Print Save the Date cards
    • Design & Print Wedding Program of choice
    • Design & Print reception materials, e.g. menu cards, reception program, table numbers, place cards, etc.
  • Guest Accommodations
    • Contact guests that have not R.S.V.P’d
    • Reserve accommodations for out-of-town guests
  • Rehearsal Dinner & Party Coordination
    • Make rehearsal dinner arrangements
    • Assist with coordinating Engagement parties & Bridal Showers
  • Ceremony & Reception Coordination
    • Help bride and groom determine order of service
    • Coordinate the rehearsal and ceremony (up to 10 hours on wedding day)
    • Assist with the selection of the menu and table layout design
    • Prepare seating chart for reception
 
  • Wedding Day Services
    • Provide selective décor for ceremony and reception (couple must pay for materials)
    • Coordinate decorating of the ceremony and reception locations
    • Create directions and itineraries for bridal party
    • Distribute attendants' flowers, bouquets and tossing items
    • Coordinate the delivery of rental items
    • Create bridal checklist, wedding day timeline and schedule of events
    • Wedding Day Emergency Kit
    • Supervise and assist with vendor clean up
  • Miscellany
    • Transportation
      • Select limousine service for the wedding party to ceremony/reception site
      • Arrange for limousine service to airport for honeymoon destination
    • Wedding night suite
      • Select hotel for bride and groom on wedding night
      • Ensure transport to hotel from reception
    • Honeymoon: Recommend travel agent for purchasing honeymoon
    • Photography and Videography: Recommend vendors
    • Attendant gifts: Select gift packages for attendants
