Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your C Squared Design purchase. If you are not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Paper placemats that have been opened or used cannot be returned.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at csquaredesignbylily@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
